Logic Racks Technologies Ltd (“Logic Racks”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a software engineering studio based in Glasgow, Scotland. We are registered in Scotland under company number SC890567.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (glasgow.logicracks.co.uk) and during the delivery of our services.

- Contact form & strategy call requests: name, email address, company name, phone number, message content, budget range and service interest.
- Newsletter sign-ups: email address.
- Service engagement: business and technical information you share with us to deliver software, AI or marketing services.

- Usage data: pages visited, time on page, referring URL, navigation paths.

4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with carefully chosen processors who help us deliver our services:
- Hosting & infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (US, UK / EU regions where possible), AWS UK / Azure UK South for production workloads.
- Email & communications: Microsoft 365, Resend, Postmark.
- Analytics: Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (where consent given).
- Payments: Stripe, GoCardless (only for invoicing engagements).
- Accounting: Xero (for invoicing and statutory accounting).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for third-party marketing.
5. International transfers
Where any of our processors transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or adequacy decisions to ensure your data remains protected to UK GDPR standards.
6. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry contact data: 24 months from last contact.
- Active client records: for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years (HMRC requirement).
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, then deletion within 30 days.
- Analytics data: aggregated and retained for 26 months.
7. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”), subject to legal retention obligations.
- Restrict or object to processing.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. All staff handling personal data are trained on UK GDPR obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email (if we hold your address) and posted on this page with a revised effective date.
