Our Approach

  1. Built a Go-based core for the high-throughput layers (RADIUS auth, usage metering, SNMP polling) with a Next.js operator console.
  2. Event-driven provisioning pipeline via Kafka — sale to active circuit in under 5 minutes, fully automated.
  3. Self-service customer portal: speed test, usage graphs, plan upgrade, payment method, support ticketing — reducing inbound support volume by 41%.
  4. Real-time network monitoring with predictive alerting; engineers dispatched before customers notice an outage.
  5. Full data migration from legacy platform with parallel running for 30 days and zero subscriber-facing downtime.
